We stayed for two nights at the place.Hotel is fine for a short stay for yatra near Banganga. Amenities as such are missing only bare basic which are essential are available in room.Food quality served is good.overall food served in katra is of good quality and that too cheaper than other places.If you intend to travel for yatra then surely you can stay at the place.

If you are travelling to Vaisno devi darshan and along with big family then this is good place to stay nearby Banganga. Though I did not use any of the facility there but rooms need to be a bit tidy..

Tripadvisor, how could you rate such a mess as a 3star hotel/property? No decent services/ room services. Room cleanliness was awful, also there were no complimentary services as per a 3 star property You can't even like a single damn thing

Location is very near to Ban-Ganga, Katra, Food was good, Service was excellent. It's good hotel for family. Room are spacious. Taxi services was available on very reasonable price. They need to work on cleanliness and quality of blanket and towels..

Its an average hotel. I have not used any other facility, but the condition of room need to be renovate. Its near to the Banganga Area, but staff is co-operative. Exhaust fan of wash room was not working.
